Republic Bank welcomed the opportunity to partner with the Insurance Corporation of Barbados Limited (ICBL) in hosting its inaugural Junior Spelling Bee.

Over 30 corporate writers recently benefitted from a Republic Bank sponsored seminar “Write like a Pro” hosted by Clarity Communications and facilitated by veteran writer, corporate communicator and Principal of Clarity Communications Mr. Richard Thomas.

Republic Bank, for the first time, partnered as a gold sponsor in the recently concluded Institute of Chartered Accounts (ICAB) Accountant’s Week 2019 held from November 3 – 9, 2019.

Barbados is being represented at the Young Leaders in Diabetes Training Summit, currently taking place in Busan, South Korea from December 2nd to 6th.

Shoppers on Broad Street were treated to a pre-Independence delight as our own Republic Bank Chorale serenaded visitors and locals with their renditions of popular folk songs, under the theme “Old Time Barbados”.

In celebration of Barbados’ 53rd Anniversary of Independence, Republic Bank joined other businesses across its capital Bridgetown, and lit its two buildings, its flagship Branch at Broad Street and its Headquarters in Independence Square in two of our national colours Ultra Marine and Gold.
